SIZING GUIDE

This sizing chart is a guideline to find the best fit of specialized power Shirts, Suits and Briefs. This is a guideline 'rule of thumb' only as personal preferences vary between individuals.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR SHIRTS
Measure shoulder circumference by stretching a tape measure all the way around the circumference of body at shoulder level, at the point where the deltoids are most prominent. Measure chest circumference directly under your arm pits above nipples. Measure arm/bicep circumference at the largest part. All measurements should be taken relaxed and unflexed.

BENCH SHIRTS AND ERECTOR SHIRTS

SDP Bench Shirt
For most users add 4 to shoulder circumference to choose SDP size. For example: 52" shoulder circumference + 4 = size 56 SDP Bench Shirt. A few powerlifters are able to fit into a size smaller but only after previous experience in the SDP.

The Rage and RageX Bench Shirts
For single ply Rage and RageX, add 2 to chest measurement and round up to an even number. That even number will be the recommended size. (50+2 = size 52, 51+2 = 53 rounded up to size 54). For the double ply RageX, add 4 to chest measurement. Round up to an even number. That even number will be the recommended size. (50+4 = size 54, 51+4 = 55 then round up to size 56)

Erector Shirts, Standard Blast Shirt, HD Blast, HPHD, EHPHD and Phenom: For first time users it is recommended to add 2 to shoulder circumference measurement to get shirt size. For example, if shoulder circumference is 50, 50 + 2 = 52. Or add 9 to chest measurement to arrive at shirt size. Choose whichever method gives the smaller number for the bench shirt size.
For most everyone else, shoulder circumference measurement is shirt size. A size smaller than shoulder circumference is an option as well, however there is a chance the shirt would be too tight.

Denim Shirts
Measure chest and arm size and enter the information in the drop down box for the particular Denim Shirt chosen. A first time user might want a snug fit instead of a tight fit, so add one inch to measurement choice.
