1) PUT ON: Roll down the top of the sleeve inside out until the inside label is showing, then roll the bottom of the sleeve up until the inside lining is showing and the top and bottom edge meet. |

2) Pull the rolled knee sleeve over foot and around ankle, with the seam located at the back of the leg, and the inside label to the front center of the leg. |

3) Grab the bottom of the knee sleeve with both hands and pull the knee sleeve up over the calf and high up over the knee. |

4) Unroll the top of the knee sleeve on the thigh. Then unroll the bottom of the knee sleeve. Inzer ErgoPro Knee Sleeves provide an ergonomic fit to maximize safety, stability, and performance. 5) Enjoy the performance!
6) TAKE OFF: Roll down the top of the sleeve, and then push down from the top, centimeter by centimeter alternating both hands between pushing the front, back, and the sides of the knee sleeve down until completely off.
